All Timeless Patents products are made to order in Kentucky, United States.

Production Timeline

Production begins shortly after an order is placed.

• Unframed prints: 2–4 business days (Monday–Saturday)

• Framed prints: 3–5 business days (Monday–Saturday)

Shipping Method

• Ground shipping only

• We currently ship to the United States and Canada

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines include production and shipping time.

• Unframed orders: typically arrive 4–6 business days after order placement

• Framed orders: typically arrive 5–10 business days after order placement

Carriers typically deliver orders 2–5 business days after production is complete.

Important Notes

• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

• During peak periods (holidays, promotions, or high order volume), delivery timelines may extend by up to 3 additional business days

• Once an order is handed off to the carrier, transit time is outside of our control

• We do not offer compensation for delivery delays caused by carriers

Lost Packages

If a carrier confirms that a package has been lost in transit, we will issue:

• A replacement, or

• A refund

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

• We do not issue refunds for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

• One complimentary reshipment for address changes may be offered at our discretion
